Introduction
Please read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections and also in “FAQ” and get a clear idea of how to order. Even though Ethnic Cloud shall try to deliver the products as per the details/specifications given on the order form by the customer. All Jurisdiction and matters of arbitration in Mumbai (Maharashtra), India only.
It reserves a right to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad delivery.
Even though Ethnic Cloud shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed or early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user to any damages or compensation from Ethnic Cloud. Our normal delivery schedule is specifically given with the Shipping Policy.
Ethnic Cloud shall take due care at the time of delivery to deliver the product to the correct person at the address on the order form, but disclaims any responsibility for claims, damages, and/or compensation.
If the user has any questions, doubts, or confusion regarding any of the terms & conditions set out herein, he/she should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.

No material from this site or any other website owned, operated, controlled, or licensed by Ethnic Cloud, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and/or associates or sister concerns may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, downloaded, uploaded, or in any other manner for commercial use or otherwise without written permission of Ethnic Cloud Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Violation of this condition is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights of Ethnic Cloud and or their associates or sister concerns or affiliates.
The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied and Ethnic Cloud disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent.
Ethnic Cloud does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Ethnic Cloud be liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered on the site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall Ethnic Cloud be liable to the user for any or all damages, losses, and causes of action (including but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise exceeding the amount paid by the user to Ethnic Cloud for that specific service/product.
Normally an order once placed cannot be cancelled by the buyer. However, in a rare case of our accepting the cancellation request from the customer, he/she will have to bear the money transaction charges like bank charges, Exchange rate fluctuation, etc.
We require these details only to provide you with the services we offer. We use your address to deliver the order. We may use your phone number to help you resolve your queries while shopping. We notify you about our updates and promotional schemes through SMS / Call on your mobile number or E-mail on your registered Email ID provided to us during the time of registration.
Delivery Terms & Condition
- Domestic Transit Time: Shipments within the country should typically take between 1 to 7 business days to reach their destination.
- International Transit Time: Orders placed internationally typically take between 4 to 22 business days to arrive. Depending on the local courier that delivers the purchase to your door, the actual transit time may differ noticeably.
- Order Dispatch Time: After payment, orders are typically shipped out in 1 to 2 business days. Our tailors work regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with the possible exception of national holidays, when the store may be closed. We take action to reduce shipment delays in such cases.
- Change of Delivery Address: If you would like your delivery address to be changed, please contact us before your order is shipped, and we will do our best to comply.
- P.O. Box Shipping: We exclusively use postal services to ship to P.O. Box locations. These places do not offer courier services.
- Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out-of-stock, your order will not be shipped until the item is back in stock. While we wait for the out-of-stock item to arrive, we will reserve the existing products in the order.
- Delivery Time Exceeded: Please get in touch with us if the delivery time has gone beyond the projected period so we can look into it and help you further.
- Tracking Notifications: Following dispatch, clients will get a tracking link via which they may follow the shipment’s development using the most recent information supplied by the shipping company.
- Packages Damaged in Route: If you discover that a package has been damaged in route, please attempt to refuse the package from the courier. For additional help, please contact our customer support right away. For the next steps, please get in touch with customer care if the package was delivered while you were away.
