a) Damaged During Transit: You have 48 hours after receiving your order to send us an email at info@ethniccloud.in informing us if the product is damaged during transit. Kindly provide your order number, product SKU code, and a thorough justification for the product return along with images.
b) Incorrect Product Provided: You have 48 hours after placing your order to tell us by email at info@ethniccloud.in if the incorrect product has been delivered to you. Kindly provide your order number, product SKU code, and a thorough justification for the product return along with images.
- Return Process: Our customer care team will send you more information on how to handle the return after receiving your email reporting a damaged product or an incorrect product delivered.
- Return Shipping: We will send you information on how to return the product if your return is accepted. The cost of organizing and paying for the return delivery of the item rests with the consumer. We advise utilizing a trackable shipping solution to guarantee the returned item is delivered promptly and safely. No liability will be accepted against ETHNIC CLOUD for any loss or damage sustained during the return shipping procedure.

Please be aware that handling and shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund amount and that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs. Size Exchange
